Refreshing a Legacy Screening Registration System
Redesigned a ColdFusion screening registration app with Tailwind CSS while keeping the legacy backend intact.
Context
Grace Hill Media ran a long-lived ColdFusion screening registration system that worked, but looked dated and was difficult to use on mobile. The goal was a full visual refresh without touching the legacy backend.
What I did
I redesigned the public and admin pages using Tailwind CSS, modernized the layout system, and improved the form experience to feel current and accessible. The work stayed within the existing ColdFusion templates so the backend could remain unchanged.
Outcome
The system kept its reliability while gaining a brighter, more professional interface across desktop and mobile. The team could keep their existing workflows without a risky rebuild.
